I have snow on all channels, on all the TVs in my house

If you have internet or phone service with us please check to see if those other services are working. If they are, please call our repair department, if they are not, please locate the small beige box that the PUD would have installed in your house. It's about 9" by 12" and says "APC" or "Powershield" on it. That box needs to be plugged into a working outlet at all times. If it is working it will have 2 green lights on. If it does not have any lights, or if 1 light is amber, please make sure that it is plugged in and that the outlet is working (A hairdryer is a great way to test the outlet). If the outlet is not working check to make sure there isn't a GFI switch on the outlet that has popped. If there isn't, check your breakers.

I have snow on all channels on 1 TV. The others are fine

Check the coax cable in the back of the TV to make sure it's not loose. Check to make sure you are on the correct input. If you are not sure which input you should be on, scroll through all the options to see if any of them bring the service back.

Audio on one channel is not working

If you have our set top box press the settings button and scroll down to secondary Audio (SAP). Verify that it is off. If it is off and you still don't have sound please call our repair department.

The TV picture does not fill the screen

If you have one of our set top boxes press the pound key on the remote we provided you until the picture looks right. If you do not have one of our set top boxes, you will need to consult your TV manual.
